I just got a barnes and noble gift card for Xmas (and one for my birthday wich is coming up soon). I was wondering what is a good cheap book for programming in any of these langauges.

I can easily recommend "C++ Primer Plus" by Stephen Prata. It's a tad more expensive at B&N than it is on amazon, but I guess it's still better than the list price.
