Hey, so this is a Flash game I've been working on for a while now and just thought you might enjoy it
It was written in Actionscript 3, took me about a month to finish and then about a month to sort out releasing with Bubblebox & integrating high scores, enjoy!

I was gonna post my dev progress with it on here as I went, but never got round to it. I guess it was never really an ambitious project anyway, so meh.
I finished a game!

Great work! The game is well polished and the mechanics skillfully implemented to enhance the game-play rather than be an annoyance. The difficulty scaled with the waves at a good rate and the overheating adds a good element of strategy to which targets to go for (especially in the later game). Upgrades are satisfactory and make a greatly noticeable change to how the turret operates. I enjoyed playing.

Checked it out when you posted the link in IRC. Made it to Wave 24 when the game froze on me.
Still though, given that I was upset when it froze, it shows you how much fun I was having. Great work.

I managed to get 2 more points than Cypher to steal 24th on the scoreboards. The game is literally unplayable after level 35 or so. It's extremely laggy. Tons of fun though.
