Hello, I am currently in the process of making a 2D Game Engine for the PC / Mac / Linux in C++ SDL.
For more information you can visit my channel for more information!

The engine can so far load up all the subsystems, start and stop a global clock and maintain the frame rate. It also sends debug information too a file which tells me what is being loaded and what hasnt.

I'm also doing a similar project (it has kinda stalled for some time now, because of lack of time mainly), so i'll be looking forward to following your progress with this

Nice progress man! I've been procrastinating on making a level editor for a while now for my platformer. I know it will make the whole process a lot easier but I just really don't want to do it lol. I'm looking forward to seeing where you take the project.

My new account is called 101MUDman101, forgot I had this account :D
Debugging is twice as hard as writing the code in the first place. Therefore, if you write the code as cleverly as possible, you are, by definition, not smart enough to debug it.
Damn Right.
