I always make fun of how the CSI's do that kind of stuff. Also, this may not be from an actual CSI episode (cause it has characters from more than one of them), but its still funny:

Lol that gave me a good laugh. Someone commented on the CSI photoshop video saying "If CSI can zoom in close enough to a persons eye and get a clear picture out of it, can't they zoom into someones eye in that picture, then into another eye, etc. and virtually be able to see anywhere in the city?"kamokow wrote:I always make fun of how the CSI's do that kind of stuff. Re: CSI used VB to track IP addresses
I always find it amusing/annoying when they zoom in on CCTV footage and turn a 9 pixel representation of a face into a full 1920x1080 image.

At about 00:43 the male asks:
"Let's magnify it, and see if we can get a reflection off her eye"
Well of course you can! Your CSI, you could take a 640x480 image of someone and magnify it until you can perfectly see every skin cell on their body if you wanted to.

Re: CSI used VB to track IP addresses
"GUI interface" isn't that like "ATM machine"
Nothing against VB, but that girl is wasting her time on building an interface for something that tracks an IP? How inefficient. I've always thought CSI was ridiculous, great thread.

I like CSI but I agree that their errors are laughable, I've always found it funny how bad their puns and the like are at the beginning of each episode.

After 100x zoom of an eye: "Resolution isn't that good." Rofl.
