Elysian Shadows

Loren Tileset

Edit: I tried finding specs for palettes on the forum, noticed there has been a lot of development in that area. Is this tech ready for use? And what are the "limits" on every other system?

Small update, figured out how to properly render the roof in blender. I just need to decide how to divide it to tiles and pixeling will be good to go.

Thanks guys :)

I got the basic roof tiles together, at the moment it can't be used together with wall tiles because it just looks like shit. The dark roof tiles are cheated right now, should be fixed by next update.

I'm moving on to tiles that connect the roof and wall in excellent fashion.

Edit: Decided to go with the same or similar roof-tile tiling the old roof had and skipped using the 3D render I thought would be a good idea to use at first. The pixeling of a 100% accurate (well almost) roof tile tiling may still look good, but I just want to get this going for now and not mess around too much.

Todays update, tested the roof a lot, added a few tiles, new walls that need a little adjusting before defining the texture and any other details. The roof tiles feel very flexible and easy to use.

More shadows, details, this is all a big mock-up, supplying a sheet as soon as I'm sure the division of the tiles are solid, this isn't far off.

Touched up the existing tiles and added few new ones to allow a little more creative house designs, I'm dreading getting to the grass but that's what's up next.

Tall buildings still don't have their own base tiles, but they will have the same "format" and be easy to replace later.
